1/4 cup goji berries (soaked and drained)
1/4 almonds
1/4 chia seeds
1/4 hemp seeds
3 dates (pitted, soaked, and drained)
pinch sea salt
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
drizzle of honey or stevia to taste
roll into cookie balls and freeze or roll out on teflex and slightly dehydrate
